Coach Matt Cariglio is one of Vacaville United Soccer Club’s very own homegrown soccer players. He quickly took to coaching after his playing career and brings nearly two decades of coaching experience to VUSC. Coach Cariglio has coached every age group from U6 – U18 on both the girls and boys sides of the game.

He served three years at the High School level with Will C Wood High School before entering onto the full technical staff at VUSC where he enters year two as an Assistant Technical Director and Spring Academy Director. Coach Cariglio graduated from Sacramento State University, obtained his United States Soccer Federation D License, USSF F License, holds current his grade 8 Referee’s license, and is Certified in Foundations of Coaching.
