Coach Mohammed Buksh returns to VUSC! Coach Buksh has coached for decades within the local Vacaville and Northern California youth landscape. He has coached most levels from serving as a Technical Director, Scout / Coach for the Olympic Program, Competitive teams, and Recreational teams. Coach Buksh has a vast knowledge of the game and his experience building teams and taking them to highest level will be an incredible asset to VUSC!

In his playing career Coach Buksh rose to the full USA Muslim National Team All-Stars as a midfielder and forward. He also has semi-pro experience with the Vallejo Strikers as a goalkeeper (goalplayer), competed with the Fairfield Stingers, and studied while playing for Fiji National University.

In his coaching career, Coach Buksh has lead four teams to State Cup Championships while making the championships 5 times, won 13 top-tier tournaments in 6 years, and served as a talent scout for the Olympic Program. His soccer studies have lead him to the Netherlands where he learned from top programs and educators. Coach Buksh holds his United States Soccer Federation C License, USSF D License, USSF E License, CCL Coaching for Greater Effectiveness Certification, CDC / USSF Concussion Protocol Cert, NFHS Coaching Fundamentals Cert, United Airlines Leadership and Six Sigma Certification, an Associates Degree in Computer Science from Heald College and Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Fiji National University.
