About the Program
In Group training sessions players will be separated into small groups where they’ll be taught new technical skills in tactical situations. Players will be challenged mentally and physically. Technical sessions will be taught using game like organizations that help players take the skills learned and apply them directly back into the game. After registration has closed, a trainer has been assigned, participants can request any particular topic or skills they’ll like to learn with their trainer and VUSC Directors.
Participants can register as an individual or request a specific group to be in if they have teammates / friends who are also registering. Once registration has closed VUSC Directors will form groups and they’ll be assigned a specific day / time.
